FleetVeda runs an Indian transport business on one record. Live tracking from the GPS already in your trucks, trips with loading and unloading clocks, diesel, tyres, LR and GST invoices that land in Tally.

Keep your GPS. See every truck on one map.

Tata, Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, BharatBenz and Eicher trucks report through their makers. Trackers can also send straight to FleetVeda. Any other tracker joins through its API or a webhook, and the driver’s phone fills the gaps.

Your trackers, fuel cards and books in one record.

Most fleets already pay for two or three tracking subscriptions and a fuel card portal. FleetVeda reads them into one record and sends the results where your people already work: Tally for the accountant, WhatsApp for the owner.

Made for how Indian fleets actually run.

Hindi on every screen
The web app and the driver app switch to Hindi per person. Plates, trip numbers and amounts stay exactly as they are.
Lakh, crore and 1 April
Money is grouped the Indian way, and every report knows the financial year starts in April.
GST the way transport bills it
Reverse or forward charge per invoice, CGST and SGST or IGST by state, GSTR-1 and 3B from the same books.
Bhatta, advances and the driver's khata
Trip advances, bhatta, fines and salary in one running balance per driver. With HR & Workforce, drivers see it on their phone.
Tolls before and after the trip
Estimates per vehicle class from the national plaza registry, then the real FASTag charges from your bank statement. Part of the Toll Calculator & FASTag add-on.
Alerts on WhatsApp
Each person chooses which severities reach WhatsApp, so the owner hears about drains and not every overspeed. A usage-billed add-on.

Built inside a working fleet.

FleetVeda started as the system for one Gujarat transport company’s own trucks. The tools on the market tracked the trucks but left the trip sheet, the LR and the ledger in registers and Excel. So every screen is shaped by the paperwork and the lanes of a fleet that actually runs.

Honest about data
Where a truck does not report a signal, FleetVeda says so instead of guessing a number.
Your hardware
Start with the trackers and fuel cards you already have. Nothing new to fit to get going.
One record
A trip knows its diesel, tolls, detention, invoice and payment. So does the truck.

Questions fleet owners ask first.

Do we need to buy new GPS devices?

Usually not. FleetVeda reads Tata FleetEdge, Mahindra iMAXX, Ashok Leyland, BharatBenz and Eicher trucks through the makers' platforms, and most other trackers directly or through their API or a webhook. Trucks without a tracker can use the driver app's phone GPS.

We use another system today. How do we move?

Vehicles, drivers, customers and vendors import from CSV. If your current GPS vendor gives API access, FleetVeda can read the same devices from the first day. The demo covers what moving your data would involve.

Is FleetVeda available in Hindi?

Yes. Every screen of the web app and the driver app has a Hindi version, chosen by each person.

Do drivers need smartphones?

Only for driver app features like ePOD, expenses and SOS. Tracking works from the vehicle's GPS without the driver doing anything.

Does it work with Tally?

Yes. Vouchers export as Tally XML keyed by ledger names, so your accountant imports them into the company they already keep.

Where is our data kept?

On AWS in Mumbai. Each company's data is isolated at the database level, and every action is recorded in an audit log.

Can our customers track their loads?

Yes. Share links work on every plan, and the Customer Portal add-on gives each customer their own login with live loads, PODs and invoices.

How is it priced?

The base product plus the add-ons you switch on, quoted for your fleet. Tell us about your trucks and lanes and we send a written quote.

Book a demo on your own lanes.

Tell us about your fleet. The demo is in English or Hindi, on a call with a shared screen, built around the way you already work.

  1. 1We call you on the number you give to fix a time.
  2. 2We show FleetVeda with your kind of trips, your GPS and your paperwork.
  3. 3You get a written quote for the base and the add-ons you need.
